Before entering the industry, Oli spent more than five years with ASB Bank, gaining valuable financial insight and building a strong foundation in customer service and portfolio care. Prior to joining the Monopoly team, he worked with a prominent property investment company where he played a key role in supporting the growth of a large Christchurch property portfolio. Oli’s combination of financial expertise, hands-on management experience, and a client-first approach make him an exceptional asset to both our team and our property owners.

Holly, with over two decades of expertise in the real estate sector, began her journey in property management in 2004. She moved to London, where she joined the city’s leading property management firm. After gaining extensive experience overseas, Holly returned to Christchurch in 2015 to contribute to her family business and took it to No.1 internationally for 8 consecutive years. With a remarkable track record of selling over 2,000 homes, she specializes in investment properties, bringing invaluable knowledge and insight to the Monopoly team.

Ricky's journey in real estate began in 2007, leading him to Auckland, where he achieved remarkable success, selling over $700 million in real estate and consistently ranking in the top 1% of agents nationwide. He also established his own real estate office in Mission Bay and developed a property management business focused on Auckland's Eastern Suburbs. Ricky's recent return to Christchurch to collaborate with Holly marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter at Monopoly.
